THERMAL TREATMENTS OPEN FROM 2nd May TO 28th October 2023
Among the treatments in agreement with the NHS there are spa treatments, which can be accessed through the family doctor's red recipe.

THERMAL TREATMENTS IN AGREEMENT WITH THE N.H.S:
  • INHALATORY
  • PULMONARY VENTILATIONS
  • RHINOGENOUS DEAFNESS TREATMENTS
  • THERAPEUTIC BATHS
  • DERMATOLOGICAL BATHS
The opening period of the thermal season is May - October.

Access to spa treatments is simple: in order to take advantage of the thermal services, it is necessary to go to the facility with the medical prescription issued by the family doctor or by an approved specialist doctor together with the diagnosis and type of treatment to be performed, as indicated in the following table, and equipped with your health card and ID.

Regulations on the prescription charge
  • Prescription charge € 55.00 for all those between 6 and 65 years old.
  • Prescription charge € 3.10 for children under 6 years old and adults over 65° years of age with a family income up to & euro; 36,151.98, pensioners with a minimum family income over 60 years old and unemployed with a family income lower than & euro; 8,863.31, up to & euro; 11,362.05 with a dependent spouse with an additional charge of & euro; 516.46 for each dependent child, the disabled with pathologies limited to the pathology itself, the disabled following different procedures according to the type and degree of disability.
  • Total exemptions: 100% civil disabled, absolute blinds, significant work invalids, war invalids (depending on the category), service disabled cat. 1

Procedure for certifying the right to exemption
The right to exemption from payment of the prescription charge for income, pathology and disability must be indicated by the doctor in the appropriate space of the prescription (recipe). 
For patients who access privately, it is possible to consult the online price list.
The NHS provides a 12-day cycle of treatments.
